National CommanderDave Rehbein’s The American Legion Belt Buckle
During the 2008-2009 membership year, National Commander Dave Rehbein will award 100 Legionnaires with an American Legion Belt Buckle. Any Legionnaire who recruits 8 new members into The American Legion will be eligible for this drawing.
There will be 20 winners drawn from each of the five regions based on the National Vice Commanders.
The certification coupon for this program may be submitted at any time after August 28, 2008. National Commander Dave Rehbein’s Belt Buckle incentive will end on April 30, 2009 and the winners will be drawn during the Spring NEC Meetings.
