TO:  All members of the Department Executive Committee

RE:  D.E.C. meeting.

We have re-scheduled our D.E.C. meeting for Saturday, February 11^th, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Salt Lake VAMC, Building #9. This meeting time and place was considered to be a logical and practical way to get the best audience due to the Department Oratorical Contest being held immediately following the DEC. We believe that this saves members travel time and expense, allows for a broader audience for the Oratorical Contest, and presents a united group for the attendance of our Western National Vice-Commander.

We are in the process of discussions with Sam’s Club to provide some refreshments for the meeting and the Oratorical Contest.

We hope to adjourn the meeting by 11:30, so as to provide members a lunch break prior to the Department Oratorical contest which will begin at 1:00 pm.

Please show your support of the Department and many fine young men and women from throughout the State in this prestigious scholarship contest.
