Department Executive Committee Meeting July 11, 2009
Gentlemen, The July 11th DEC will be at the Union Station in Ogden, Utah immediately following the boxcar rededication or at 2:00 pm. We will be reviewing the new year’s budget and selecting delegates and committee assignments for the National convention in August. As usual, those Department officers that wish to go will receive first car, if we do not have enough officers attending, blue hats that would like to go will be invited so that we can fill our room quota. I do not have email for Tom Blockovitch, Casey, Rex or Jim Mckee so if you see these gentlemen, please pass along this information.
