10.00 AM 1. Welcome at the Fairgrounds, fly-over 2. Presentation of Servicemen by name 3. Parade of flags by Scouts 4. Hoisting the Colors with Bugle call and National Anthem sung by Former Miss Millard County, Bealynn Taylor. 5. Prayer: Fillmore Utah Stake President, Lee Monroe 6. Recognition of Dignitaries: Governor, Generals, Commissioners, Mayors and Councilmen, Legion Representatives(local, area, state, etc.) Friends and families 7. Welcome home by Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. 8. Major General Brian L. Tarbet 9. ESGR presentation by Brigadier General Jim Martin 10. Freedom Salute by Utah National Guard Cannon Team. 11. Presentation of small flags by Millard and Delta High School Drill Teams on the run, with spirit. 12. Sign of thanks by all 13. Sounds of thanks and freedom by other protectors, Rangers, EMS, Police, Firefighters(starts with the statehouse bell, then one by one-emergency vehicles lined from statehouse to fairgrounds) 14. Prayer by Pastor Fred Morse. 12:00 PM 15. Picnic in the Park with food by all religious organizations, counties and Towns, with patriotic program featuring Former Miss Millard County and her Court, and other numbers arranged by McKay Shields. Blessing on the food by Pastor Merle Ayers. 16. Paradise Inn has waived green fees for the servicemen who wish to play golf, free swimming at city pool, free roller skating at POD, during free time between picnic and dance. 7:00 PM 17. Dance at the Legion Hall 11:00 PM 18. The Fillmore Main Street Beautification Committee will sponsor a fireworks display at the football field (donations welcome). Ray Commander A.L.
